What you will do
- Proactively identify and prospect new potential business customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct in-person meetings with merchants to build trust, empathy, and understand their unique business challenges.
- Utilize effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and consistently achieve defined commercial targets.
- Maintain long-lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to maximize retention.
- Act as the face of , providing feedback from the field to improve products and services.
- Participate in daily team meetings to align on goals and share successful sales experiences.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively.
- Passion for technology, digital products, and supporting local business growth.
