What you will do

• Manage macOS device fleets using JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for complex end-user and platform-related issues.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.
• Support the management of enterprise platforms including Slack, Teams, and Atlassian.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in macOS device management using JAMF Pro.
• Understanding of Apple Business Manager and macOS patching workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Foundational knowledge of Python and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN).
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• JAMF 100/200 certification.
• At least 2 years of experience working within an IT department.
