What you will do
- Manage macOS device fleets using JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for complex end-user and platform-related issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.
- Support the management of enterprise platforms including Slack, Teams, and Atlassian.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in macOS device management using JAMF Pro.
- Understanding of Apple Business Manager and macOS patching workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Foundational knowledge of Python and Bash scripting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN).
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- JAMF 100/200 certification.
- At least 2 years of experience working within an IT department.
