Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote or Hybrid in London)

What you will do

  • Manage the full board and committee cycle, including scheduling, papers, and minutes.
  • Maintain and update governance frameworks and delegated authorities.
  • Handle regulatory submissions and notifications to the FCA and PRA.
  • Administer share option schemes and manage shareholder relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies House statutory filings.
  • Support the legal team with commercial contract reviews and NDAs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • Relevant experience in a company secretarial or governance support role within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Fully qualified company secretary or working towards qualification/relevant legal/accounting certification.
  • Hands-on experience with board operations and familiarity with SM&CR requirements.
  • High level of organization, detail-orientation, and strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in share option scheme administration tools.

Nice to have

  • Legal or paralegal background, particularly in commercial contracts.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
