What you will do

  • Draft, negotiate, and close a wide range of global commercial agreements including customer and vendor contracts.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Product to provide commercially-minded legal guidance.
  • Create, refine, and maintain contract templates and best practices to drive efficiency.
  • Evaluate non-standard agreements and provide creative solutions aligned with organizational risk appetite.
  • Support business initiatives related to R&D, AI, and Marketing.
  • Manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex agreements including strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of software licensing and technology-specific commercial terms.
  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong ability to evaluate legal and commercial risks while providing practical advice.

  • Foundational understanding of data privacy regulations and standards.
  • Experience with AI redlining tools.
