What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for assigned prospects and customers across various industries.
  • Develop and articulate vision matches to align complex organizational groups with the hirify.global platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering teams.
  • Showcase the measurable business value of the DSS platform to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and champions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software field sales.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling philosophies.
  • Proven background in selling innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises.
  • Ability to clearly articulate competitive positioning in the data and AI market.
  • Must be based in Calgary, Canada or able to commute.
  • Comfortable with 30-50% business travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration.
