TL;DR

Location: 4 days in-office in Toronto, Canada (26 Wellington Street East, ON M5E 1S2)

What you will do

  • Build and manage your own outbound sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct structured discovery and product demos using hirify.global dialers and CI.
  • Qualify leads effectively using BANT/MEDDP(IC)-lite frameworks.
  • Negotiate and independently close deals.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline in HubSpot.
  • Execute consistent outreach across various channels like calls, email, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive, managing the full sales cycle.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Lusha, Apollo, Clay, or similar sales tools.
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency is required (Spanish is a plus).
  • Possess a metrics-driven mindset and be tech-savvy with automation and AI-driven tools.
  • Demonstrate resilience and thrive in high-activity outbound sales environments.
