What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for country-specific benefits, including enrollments and terminations.
• Interpret and apply statutory and company leave programs across EMEA and APAC regions.
• Coordinate payroll deductions and ensure alignment between benefits, leave, and payroll systems.
• Maintain leave records in Workday to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Respond to tier 1-2 employee benefits and leave inquiries via Zendesk.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency in manual benefits processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 2+ years of experience in human resources or benefits administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of statutory leave regulations across EMEA and APAC.
• Proven ability to manage data discrepancies and resolve vendor-related issues.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
