What you will do

• Manage end-to-end global mobility, including work authorizations, visas, and relocation for international hires.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs to assess risk and feasibility for entity-specific or first-time cases.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management in HRIS.
• Act as the internal expert and point of contact for mobile employees regarding transition guidance.
• Audit and refine HR processes to eliminate manual bottlenecks and improve service delivery.
• Maintain a robust knowledge base and ensure global workflows align with scalability goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, or International HR.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required for stakeholder management.
• Strong experience managing immigration vendors and complex logistical projects.
• Proven ability to work with HRIS and leverage automation to optimize workflows.
• High attention to detail regarding data accuracy, statutory reporting, and compliance.
• Must be able to work from the UK, Singapore, Taiwan, or EMEA region.
