What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, providing context-aware guidance to staff and management.
- Manage the creation and distribution of HR documentation, including employment letters and contracts.
- Support the execution of performance review cycles, training programs, and engagement initiatives across EMEA.
- Partner with operational leaders in logistics and finance to support workforce planning and onboarding.
- Utilize HR systems to maintain data integrity, produce metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct new starter check-ins and exit interviews to drive insights and improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist, advisory, or operational role.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the Old Street office 3 days a week.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Proven experience supporting managers with employee relations and HR processes.
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Hibob) and comfortable tracking metrics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with EMEA employment frameworks, particularly Germany or South Africa.
- Experience working in high-growth tech startups or consulting environments.
