TL;DR

HR Advisor (Medtech): Supporting People and Talent initiatives across the EMEA region with an accent on employee relations, operational compliance, and program delivery. Focus on streamlining internal HR processes, managing high-volume lifecycle documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership to maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce in a rapidly growing digital healthcare environment.

Location: Must be based in London, UK. Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the Old Street office.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, providing context-aware guidance to staff and management.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of HR documentation, including employment letters and contracts.
  • Support the execution of performance review cycles, training programs, and engagement initiatives across EMEA.
  • Partner with operational leaders in logistics and finance to support workforce planning and onboarding.
  • Utilize HR systems to maintain data integrity, produce metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct new starter check-ins and exit interviews to drive insights and improve the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Must have 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist, advisory, or operational role.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the Old Street office 3 days a week.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience supporting managers with employee relations and HR processes.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Hibob) and comfortable tracking metrics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with EMEA employment frameworks, particularly Germany or South Africa.
  • Experience working in high-growth tech startups or consulting environments.
