What you will do
- Administer global employee benefit programs, focusing on US health, welfare, and leave plans.
- Support US open enrollment and benefits compliance activities.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Finance on reporting and invoicing.
- Support compensation cycle activities including budgeting, market data analysis, and promotions.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on compensation and benefits.
- Partner with leadership to improve Total Rewards programs globally.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Experience with global compensation and benefits programs.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
