What you will do

• Administer global employee benefit programs, focusing on US health, welfare, and leave plans.
• Support US open enrollment and benefits compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance on reporting and invoicing.
• Support compensation cycle activities including budgeting, market data analysis, and promotions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on compensation and benefits.
• Partner with leadership to improve Total Rewards programs globally.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience with global compensation and benefits programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
