What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding for local staff.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance within the HiBob HRIS platform.
• Prepare employment documentation and ensure compliance with Finnish labor regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits.
• Identify and implement improvements to automate and streamline local HR workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee and stakeholder HR operational queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or administration specifically within Finland.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob) and collaboration tools (Jira, Slack).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.
• Must be located in Finland and available for on-site presence.
