What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential target clients across key media agencies to nurture partnerships and foster new business.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Create custom, client-led digital solutions incorporating display, video, native, and bespoke creative partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships from initial prospecting through contract execution and joint business planning.
  • Lead bespoke go-to-market sessions and evangelize thought leadership with key clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, editorial, and marketing teams to tailor ad solutions to client objectives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in digital media sales or account management.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media industry, market trends, and client challenges.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to manage and build strong relationships with agencies and direct clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in high-level presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills capable of handling multiple opportunities.
