Wellness Program Coordinator

TL;DR

Wellness Program Coordinator: Providing face-to-face health coaching and raising awareness of the customer’s well-being program with an accent on creating a culture of well-being. Focus on delivering customer-centered coaching and utilizing Motivational Interviewing techniques to elicit behavior change.

Location: Onsite in Washington, DC

Salary: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00

What you will do

• Perform face-to-face at-risk health education and coaching.
• Create a culture of well-being at the worksite level.
• Coordinate the flow of information and materials between client, customer and individual employer units.
• Coordinate and deliver onsite events and classes.
• Provide ongoing program performance review and strategy support.

Requirements

• BS/BA Required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
• Minimum of 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client and customer stakeholders in a dynamic and matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• 5 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing experience preferred.
• 5 of more years of delivering healthcare information products and services, especially consumer-facing interfaces and H&W administration, preferred.
