What you will do

• Manage and optimize connectivity with hotel suppliers across all hirify.global platforms in the Americas region.
• Lead the implementation of new accommodation supplier connections.
• Act as the regional lead for supplier onboarding, activation, and follow-up.
• Coordinate connectivity troubleshooting activities and resolve related queries.
• Represent the Americas region in connectivity-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the travel industry and its commercial dynamics.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI; additional programming knowledge is advantageous.
