What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into ERP technology solutions.
- Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounting area, including managing contractor-led project initiatives.
- Configure and maintain ERP software (P2P, T&E, CLM) and design solutions for identified business process gaps.
- Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth deployment.
- Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation for end-users.
- Partner with development teams to convert functional business needs into technical designs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience in finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment.
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, specifically Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 (Procurement, Purchasing, T&E, OCGL).
- Technical proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting tools like TOAD.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
