Compensation: $98,250 - $204,375 per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into ERP technology solutions.
• Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounting area, including managing contractor-led project initiatives.
• Configure and maintain ERP software (P2P, T&E, CLM) and design solutions for identified business process gaps.
• Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation for end-users.
• Partner with development teams to convert functional business needs into technical designs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience in finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, specifically Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 (Procurement, Purchasing, T&E, OCGL).
• Technical proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting tools like TOAD.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
