What you will do

• Conduct market research, industry mapping, and competitive analysis to identify M&A opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models using DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions.
• Support due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal, and technical areas.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and board materials for senior leadership.
• Liaise with external advisors, including bankers, lawyers, and consultants during deal execution.
• Support cross-functional integration planning and track post-close KPIs for acquired companies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with CapIQ, PitchBook, or similar financial data platforms.
