What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to functional leaders on organizational health, design, and role clarity.
• Coach managers through performance reviews, calibrations, and leadership effectiveness.
• Guide workforce planning and succession conversations aligned with business objectives.
• Implement scalable frameworks for performance management and employee relations.
• Manage complex people decisions with high judgment and discretion.
• Identify gaps in current people practices and evolve frameworks to support company growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
• Deep knowledge of US employment practices and regulations.
• Strong background in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate organizational ambiguity.
• Experience building scalable HR frameworks from the ground up in a growing company.
