What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate complex interview processes across multiple time zones
• Manage end-to-end candidate communication and onsite logistics
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to optimize talent acquisition workflows
• Maintain data integrity and reporting within the ATS
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable automated solutions
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential recruitment information

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or operations
• Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling and logistical complexity
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Systems mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Strong professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive situations

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical or AI/ML-focused recruiting
• Advanced familiarity with scheduling automation tools
