Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage candidate logistics and communications across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Own daily ATS operations in Ashby, including configuration, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to support hiring decisions.
• Design and launch recruiting programs and tools, including enablement sessions for recruiters and interviewers.
• Identify and resolve process breakdowns before they become hiring bottlenecks.
• Keep the ATS, scheduling tools, and sourcing tools integrated and running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, or a related coordination role.
• Strong interest in talent operations systems, tooling, ATS configuration, and enablement beyond scheduling.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience building reports and dashboards, with an understanding of core recruiting metrics.
• Track record of launching a program or process and driving adoption.
• Ability to work on-site in New York or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Ashby experience, especially ATS implementation or migration experience.
