Recruiting Coordinator (AI Security)

Location: San Francisco, on-site. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

What you will do

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams, including complex on-site and virtual interview loops.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience from the initial interview through the offer stage.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and company leaders to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
• Manage on-site interview logistics for candidates visiting the San Francisco office.
• Maintain accurate ATS and recruiting system records, including interviews, feedback, and next steps.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, process bottlenecks, and candidate experience issues, while improving workflows, templates, and recruiting systems.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or another fast-paced, highly organized role.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with urgency without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and frequently changing schedules.
• High ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; this role is in-office.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup or early-stage company.
• Experience with an ATS such as Ashby and other recruiting tools.
• Experience coordinating high-volume or complex technical interview processes.
• Interest in growing into recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations.
• Familiarity with security, infrastructure, or developer tooling markets.
