Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Attract, mentor, and develop high-performing account management staff.
- Oversee client retention strategies, revenue expansion, and annual budget renewals.
- Provide strategic consulting on program best practices and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations and contract requirements.
- Support sales pursuits and sponsor strategic research initiatives within the assigned book of business.
- Prepare and present performance reporting, strategic plans, and revenue forecasts to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health, or communications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health, account, or sales management.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing high-performance individuals or teams.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies and client relationship management.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
