Salary: $150K – $190K

What you will do

• Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and activation to conversion, retention, and winback.
• Define and execute a lifecycle marketing roadmap aligned with company goals and product priorities.
• Build and optimize cross-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
• Design and run structured experiments to improve trial conversion, churn, and LTV.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution, improve copy, and support analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing at a software or subscription business.
• Expert-level proficiency in Iterable with a track record of building complex customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of subscription metrics and mobile engagement strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience designing structured tests and measuring incrementality.
• Must be able to work in-person at our NYC HQ.
• Collaborative approach to working within a cross-functional team.

• Understanding of the creator economy and content creation processes.
• Experience in product-led growth or self-serve funnel environments.
• Proficiency with mobile measurement platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
