What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end execution of live and virtual events, assuming ownership for client success.
• Manage project kickoff, planning, and status meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate meeting materials and provide logistics oversight for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Ensure all program deliverables adhere to regulatory and client-defined compliance guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking reports to communicate status updates and next steps to stakeholders.
• Foster strong client relationships through urgency, detail-orientation, and clear communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible project and process management experience.
• Prior experience in executing live or virtual events, ideally within a healthcare or medical education environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
