What you will do
- Sell unique suites of digital medical affairs solutions to US-based life sciences teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and acquisition to account expansion.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure long-term value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including client services and medical directors, to support sales initiatives.
- Present solutions effectively to senior management at prospect organizations.
- Maintain deep industry knowledge regarding clinical development, drug discovery, and KOL development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5 to 10+ years of professional advertising sales experience.
- Proven results in Medical Communications or PR agency sales within the pharma/biotech/medical device sectors.
- Deep understanding of industry medical affairs, clinical development timelines, and advisory boards.
- Track record of successful sales targeting senior-level stakeholders in pharmaceutical companies.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings and medical conferences.
