What you will do
- Enrich account profiles with firmographic and technographic data to identify high-fit prospects.
- Segment contacts and map account buying groups to support multi-threaded B2B outreach.
- Maintain clean, segmented data in Salesforce and Pardot for digital marketing activation.
- Create research briefs, email templates, and playbooks to support sales enablement and campaign readiness.
- Collaborate with SDRs on lead routing, nurture tracks, and outbound campaign optimization.
- Monitor MQL quality, lead conversion, and campaign performance via dashboards and reporting.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, or presales support.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or ZoomInfo and enrichment tools like Clearbit or Apollo.
- Strong understanding of ICP segmentation, persona mapping, and campaign lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
