What you will do

• Prospect and acquire new institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, and pension funds.
• Introduce UK clients to the full suite of banking products and services.
• Manage accounts to ensure profiles are complete, maintained, and compliant with internal risk frameworks.
• Oversee and maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
• Identify and lead new business opportunities through proactive and creative outreach.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and global teams to align sales strategies and materials.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in institutional sales within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong professional network and existing client relationships in the UK.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated success in onboarding institutional clients and building engagement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in FX and Crypto markets.
• Knowledge of electronic trading platforms like Bloomberg, Integral, or 360T.
