TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, with hybrid office attendance required (10+ days per month).

What you will do

  • Originate and develop relationships with institutional clients across FX desks, treasury operations, and digital asset funds in Europe.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through term sheet negotiation and close.
  • Develop high-impact account plans to convert top-of-funnel interest into active trading relationships.
  • Serve as the primary interface between external clients and the internal OTC desk to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and market forums across Europe and the UK.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in institutional sales or trading-adjacent roles within FX or digital asset sectors.
  • Deep understanding of institutional trading desks and the ability to close the loop between client needs and executable prices.
  • Established network of relationships across institutional FX desks and crypto-native funds in Europe.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering against revenue targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other industry-standard sales tools.
  • Must be based in London and available for frequent in-person engagement.
