What you will do
- Define and maintain a coherent HR architecture, including data models, user journeys, and integration patterns.
- Lead the HR services transformation portfolio, balancing continuous improvement with large-scale step-change initiatives.
- Oversee the HR technology vendor ecosystem, managing commercial relationships, performance, and strategic selection of tools.
- Establish service management disciplines, including SLAs, data quality standards, and operational controls.
- Partner with HR leadership and procurement to drive decision-making on platform strategies and long-term sustainability.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to executive stakeholders regarding structural gaps, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in designing and rebuilding service models at scale.
- Strong track record of platform-enabled transformation within complex, regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams through significant organizational change.
- Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and commercial relationships.
- Ability to operate credibly with executive stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Must be comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments where structure must be created from scratch.
Nice to have
- Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Direct experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow.
- Exposure to matrix-structured, globally distributed HR operating models.
- Experience standing up HR change or programme management capabilities.
