What you will do

  • Develop and maintain HR reporting systems, KPIs, and consolidated dashboards across Group companies.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics, ensure data accuracy, and implement data quality controls.
  • Support headcount and personnel cost planning, including plan‑vs‑actual reporting and cost‑effect modeling.
  • Conduct labor market research, benchmark remuneration elements, and prepare recommendations aligned with HR strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of digital reporting solutions, HR dashboards, and the automation of HR processes.
  • Coordinate HR community activities related to global HR projects, such as engagement surveys.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in HR, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working in HR, data analytics, or similar functions with exposure to data management, reporting, or workforce planning.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, HRIS, reporting tools, or planning systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Strong command of English, including written communication.
