Location: Riga, Latvia. Hybrid model with in-office days determined by your team.

Salary: € 1460 - € 2200 (gross).

What you will do

• Complete tasks accurately and on time, including employment-related letters, HR system administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Improve employee experience by suggesting improvements, identifying process gaps, and updating documentation and employee guides.
• Shape the employee journey by delivering the best onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Share insights and collaborate on problem-solving.
• Work effectively as an individual and as a team player.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR Generalist or Specialist role is good to have.
• Strong focus on accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all People processes.
• Good communication skills and providing exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
• Agile and adaptable, ready to navigate change with ease and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive attitude, eager to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to find clarity and direction in uncertain situations.
