Senior FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Build dynamic financial models to guide decision-making and evaluate new market entries.
• Create business cases by identifying strategic value, operational risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding resource allocation and investment strategies.
• Perform internal and external benchmarking to identify performance gaps across markets and product lines.
• Develop and present annual financial goals and quarterly forecasts to key stakeholders.
• Standardize workflows and implement AI or automation solutions to improve team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business required (Graduate degree preferred).
• 6+ years of professional experience in accounting, data analytics, or corporate finance.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Proven project management and organizational skills in navigating complex financial data.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and managing processes across distributed teams.
