What you will do

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including detailed financial forecasting and modeling.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
• Drive improvements in financial data systems and evaluate potential new tools for the department.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Financial Analysts.
• Collaborate with the Accounting group to maximize operational synergies.
• Support the Director of Finance with ad hoc initiatives as the business scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
