What you will do

• Manage actuals versus budget for the Technology and Product organizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in technology spending.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing projects.
• Build and maintain databases and data models to query performance data.
• Deliver strategic recommendations to business leaders based on financial analysis.
• Publish visual dashboards and reports using company-wide data.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in data modeling.
• Proven experience in detailed financial analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in defining and tracking KPIs to drive business strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and advanced data management tools.
• Experience in optimizing organizational performance through financial analytics and partnerships.
