What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of key sellers in the Benelux region, driving GMV and quality KPIs.
- Develop strategic growth plans in collaboration with Category Managers and Sales leadership.
- Analyze seller performance data to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to secure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead commercial conversations and conduct regular business reviews with sellers.
- Coach and support other Account Managers to raise overall team performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management with ownership of revenue targets.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in using data for decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills across multiple channels.
- Autonomous working style with willingness to travel across the Benelux region.
- Proficiency with Google tools and CRM systems like HubSpot.
