Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid role, Amsterdam).

What you will do

  • Own and nurture a portfolio of key event organizers, venues, and sports clubs in the Dutch market.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and strategic negotiation.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase partner engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to improve partner performance.
  • Represent the organization at high-profile industry events and conferences.
  • Provide market insights and trends to contribute to the growth of the partnerships team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, or Sales in a digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch live events ecosystem and ticketing industry.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Must have the right to work in the Netherlands and be based locally.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and structure partnerships that drive mutual growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
