Location: Onsite in Seattle

Salary: $70,000 base + OTE $140,000–$180,000

What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Position digital marketing products and websites by connecting them to client-specific growth goals and ROI.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Leverage data and market trends to target new opportunities and improve client outcomes.
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively while maintaining minimum pricing thresholds.
  • Act as a peer leader by sharing best practices and mentoring new hire Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a closing role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and sales engagement tools like Outreach.
  • Expertise in cold calling, objection handling, and disciplined follow-up within 2–6 week sales cycles.
  • English: Professional fluency required for demos, presentations, and written communication.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Seattle.

Nice to have

  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or SMB marketplaces.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments in professional services.
