What you will do
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Position digital marketing products and websites by connecting them to client-specific growth goals and ROI.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
- Leverage data and market trends to target new opportunities and improve client outcomes.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively while maintaining minimum pricing thresholds.
- Act as a peer leader by sharing best practices and mentoring new hire Account Executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a closing role.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and sales engagement tools like Outreach.
- Expertise in cold calling, objection handling, and disciplined follow-up within 2–6 week sales cycles.
- English: Professional fluency required for demos, presentations, and written communication.
- Must be able to work onsite in Seattle.
