What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new business
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to articulate ROI and connect products to firm-specific growth goals
- Master pipeline management by maintaining accurate forecasting and disciplined activity in Salesforce
- Negotiate deals and handle objections while ensuring sales remain at or above minimum pricing thresholds
- Leverage data-driven insights to target high-value opportunities and improve client outcomes
- Act as a peer leader by sharing best practices and mentoring new hire Account Executives
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA due to US-specific benefits and tax compliance
- 2-3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Demonstrated experience managing a short-to-medium sales cycle of 2–4 weeks
- Fluency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline and reporting management
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDPIC
- Strong communication skills with experience in professional on-video demos and written follow-up
