What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new business
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to articulate ROI and connect products to firm-specific growth goals
  • Master pipeline management by maintaining accurate forecasting and disciplined activity in Salesforce
  • Negotiate deals and handle objections while ensuring sales remain at or above minimum pricing thresholds
  • Leverage data-driven insights to target high-value opportunities and improve client outcomes
  • Act as a peer leader by sharing best practices and mentoring new hire Account Executives

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA due to US-specific benefits and tax compliance
  • 2-3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated experience managing a short-to-medium sales cycle of 2–4 weeks
  • Fluency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline and reporting management
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDPIC
  • Strong communication skills with experience in professional on-video demos and written follow-up

  • Experience in the legal industry
  • Background in digital marketing or SaaS marketplaces
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools like Outreach
