TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (Sales): Driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for digital legal marketing solutions with an accent on prospecting, cold calling, and consultative selling to small-mid law firms. Focus on managing a dedicated territory, meeting aggressive sales quotas, and maintaining long-term relationships through high-energy field activities.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: $75,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $80,000–$200,000).

What you will do

  • Develop and grow new customer accounts within the legal community for an assigned territory.
  • Execute prospecting and cold calling strategies to identify business opportunities.
  • Perform consultative selling of web-based marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Partner with Account Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently while tracking activities and performance.
  • Maintain client relationships and resolve concerns as a primary point of contact.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside B2B sales with consistent 100%+ performance.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude including MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and independent work skills.
  • Ability to work in the field daily with potential for overnight travel.
  • Previous experience in online or advertising environments is highly valued.
