What you will do
- Own and enhance the global Litera Foundation experience platform.
- Lead phase two automation of data capture processes.
- Act as a technical bridge between Marketing, IT, and external vendors for systems improvements.
- Oversee training, internal communications, and global user adoption initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team of six data stewards based in Birmingham.
- Oversee project management for CRM enhancements and future migration inputs.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London or Birmingham for hybrid work.
- Extensive MarTech experience within law firms or professional services.
- Proven expertise in CRM systems such as InterAction, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
- Ability to bridge technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of prior people management experience.
