What you will do

• Own and enhance the global Litera Foundation experience platform.
• Lead phase two automation of data capture processes.
• Act as a technical bridge between Marketing, IT, and external vendors for systems improvements.
• Oversee training, internal communications, and global user adoption initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of six data stewards based in Birmingham.
• Oversee project management for CRM enhancements and future migration inputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London or Birmingham for hybrid work.
• Extensive MarTech experience within law firms or professional services.
• Proven expertise in CRM systems such as InterAction, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
• Ability to bridge technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of prior people management experience.
