What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the EMEA event calendar, including trade shows and roundtables.
  • Manage operational infrastructure, including supplier relationships and venue coordination.
  • Execute pre- and post-event campaigns to drive attendance and lead capture.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up processes.
  • Track event spend against budgets and generate performance reports on ROI.
  • Produce content for landing pages, social media, and email communication channels.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in field marketing or event management.
  • Background in tech, SaaS, or AdTech industries.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B events in the UK and EMEA.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent written communication skills for email and campaign copy.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA for events.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with event platforms like Eventbrite, Hopin, or Cvent.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B content and community building.
  • Previous experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
