What you will do

• Design and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and REST/SOAP services.
• Develop and manage Workday Prism Analytics pipelines and complex data modeling.
• Build custom BIRT forms and advanced Workday reports.
• Configure security domains and business process security policies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform regression testing for system upgrades.
• Mentor junior team members on integration best practices.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the USA.
• Extensive experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics, BIRT reporting, and calculated fields.
• Deep knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and API consumption.
• Strong understanding of Workday data models and domain security.
• Experience translating functional requirements from HR and Finance teams into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Active Workday certifications in Studio, Prism, or Integration.
• Programming experience in Python or SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Agile or Scrum project experience.
