• Implement complex technical solutions using Appian and related middleware technologies.
• Lead hands-on design, development, and testing activities for federal projects.
• Guide clients on configuration management, DevSecOps, and program initiatives.
• Ensure all solutions are built for high performance and scalability.
• Drive process improvement and support internal infrastructure and tools.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Appian development and general IT.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, AI, or Machine Learning.
