What you will do

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap for the DSPM product, ensuring the delivery of scalable, robust security solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering hub in Poland, fostering an environment of technical excellence and accountability.
• Establish rigorous standards for architecture, code quality, automation, observability, and secure development practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, architecture, and UX teams to align business objectives with technical execution.
• Directly engage with customers and partners to validate product-market fit and influence the DSPM category.
• Drive innovation in engineering efficiency by integrating AI-powered tools into development, testing, and QA workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling high-performing software teams.
• Extensive background in designing and delivering complex, cloud-native products such as SaaS, microservices, or security platforms.
• Deep expertise in data security, secure system design, data protection, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automation, telemetry, and DevSecOps.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent engineering to executive stakeholders and customers.
• Must have the right to work in Poland.

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI for development velocity, automated testing, or code quality improvement.
