HR Generalist (Medtech): Managing the people operations and full-cycle recruitment for the Taiwan office with an accent on compliance with the Labor Standards Act and building local company culture. Location: Must be based in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. This is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in the office.

What you will do
- Manage Taiwan HR operations including compliance with the Labor Standards Act, benefits, and pension contributions.
- Lead the end-to-end local recruitment process from sourcing on platforms like 104 and CakeResume to interviewing.
- Own the onboarding experience for new hires to ensure smooth cultural and operational integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve local interpersonal or management issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records in WorkDay and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Serve as a cultural bridge by adapting global HR initiatives to the Taiwanese professional context.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Taiwan, specifically supporting engineering-related recruitment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience working in an international company, ideally with a US headquarters.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools such as WorkDay, CultureAmp, and Greenhouse.
- Solid understanding of the Taiwan Labor Standards Act and Occupational Safety and Health Act.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
