What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational needs and translate them into effective Workday system solutions.
• Design and configure Workday enhancements to support HR initiatives and enterprise system integrations.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and personnel cost management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Workday user support and system troubleshooting.
• Lead HR technology initiatives and manage projects to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by leveraging new technologies and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday proficiency preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI tools for task automation and utility creation.
