TL;DR

People Operations Partner: Supporting global employees with people-related processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits. Focus on process improvements, data analysis, and providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Riga, Latvia. Hybrid model offers flexibility, with in-office days determined by your team.

Salary: € 1660- € 2500 (gross).

What you will do

  • Ensure a smooth and customer-focused experience in all people operations processes.
  • Deliver insightful analysis by skillfully handling data to help work better and make smarter decisions.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements and identify process gaps, designing effective solutions.
  • Continually refresh internal procedures and guides, ensuring they are clear and user-friendly.
  • Support Global Mobility cases where required, helping navigate the process in line with in-country regulations and company policy.

Requirements

  • Previous knowledge and experience in HR Operations/ Generalist or Specialist role.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all People processes.
  • A proven track record in initiating and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience in thriving within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ensure the accuracy of information before entering it into systems.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in global mobility is a plus but not essential.
