What you will do

• Architect and document end-to-end commercial processes from lead generation to billing.
• Act as the functional business owner of Salesforce, ensuring it supports SaaS methodologies like MRR and renewals.
• Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including process guides and tool-specific playbooks.
• Lead training and upskilling sessions to move sales teams toward strategic SaaS consulting.
• Own the onboarding process for new hires to ensure rapid mastery of methodology and tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to ensure a frictionless lead-to-cash handoff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience combining Sales Operations and Sales Enablement roles.
• Proven track record of managing a shift to a subscription-based business model.
• High proficiency in Salesforce, including Process Builder and Flows.
• Ability to lead training sessions and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset for CRM optimization and process architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to challenge the status quo.
