What you will do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the enterprise market in the MEA region.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver tailored product demos to showcase the value of the Engagement Platform to potential clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage sales activities and track progress effectively using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work from the Dubai office on a regular basis.
- Commercial focus with a strong understanding of digital technologies and SaaS.

- International commercial experience within the SaaS industry.
- Deep understanding of Telco and omnichannel engagement technologies.
