What you will do

• Educate customers on the value of hirify.global's AI platform.
• Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers.
• Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns.
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously through the buying cycle.
• Develop C-Level vision match with prospects and customers to foster alignment and cultivate champions.
• Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues (billing, legal, security, technical).

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in software field sales, or other relevant sales experience.
• Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
• Strong ability to develop C-Level vision match and cultivate champions.
• Good articulation of competitive positioning.
• Advanced interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptable with a growth mindset.
