Location: Hybrid, must be local to Raleigh, NC or Burlington, MA

Salary: $132,600 - $163,800

What you will do

  • Conduct sophisticated discovery conversations to uncover complex customer business challenges.
  • Design tailored, outcome-focused solutions and high-value use cases for enterprise prospects.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations to both technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Partner with Sales to shape account strategy and lead technical aspects of complex deals.
  • Mentor junior team members and document reusable presales assets.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer insights to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be local to Raleigh, NC or Burlington, MA.
  • Proven experience in a presales or sales engineering role supporting enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical foundation with familiarity in SaaS, data platforms, and PHP environments.
  • Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into business-friendly value propositions.
  • Experience partnering with Sales teams to influence and close complex deals.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Consultative background in data-driven solutions.
