What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.
• Handle complex employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation.
• Provide expert guidance on Benelux labor laws, payroll, and benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and legal advisors.
• Support performance management and compensation changes.
• Drive digital transformation and automation to optimize HR processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Fluent in English and Dutch; basic understanding of French
• Deep expertise in Benelux labor laws
• Strong working knowledge of employment regulations in Europe
• Proven experience in handling complex employee relations
• Proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
